Hi, we’re FringeCore, a team of engineers and designers that make business processes crazy efficient through building software, hacking hardware and applying design thinking. We’re looking for a few persons to join our squad.

🛰️ Position: Designer

⭐ Specialization: Digital Media

🔍 What We’re Looking For:

1. Deep understanding of design principles. (If hierarchy and color is second nature to you, you’re probably good to go)
2. Eye for detail. (If you feel like you have a sixth sense to always know if text is somehow not fully aligned, pls apply)
3. Typography: the art of making beautiful designs with just text and color (this is a must).
4. Comfort in breaking trends and explore uncharted design territories. (If you ackowledge that not everything has to have rounded corners with glassmorphic backgrounds, you are half way there.)
5. Proficiency in any design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
6. Basic knowledge in motion graphics and video editing (if you can put videos together one after another or if you know how to make an image pop-in from one side, you’re ready)

✨ Vibe Check:

1. You understand that a surprisinly large part of design is comunication with other humans that may or may not be designers. (btw, we consider having a blog a plus)
2. The tools and software are the least important part of design, because tools become outdated but core design concepts are never out of fashion.
